[ecm] Holy Week edition

Hi all!

            Big weekend last – Sidney helped produce the Diocese’s Quest
weekend for high-school teens.  And Meg & I enjoyed the Black Hills of SD,
both the beauty and the story of how they are sacred to the Lakota.  We went
to the Province VI gathering of the Episcopal College Ministries.  Got a
little snow, met some interesting folks.  I hope to have some pix up on our

            Big week this as well:

April 9, Palm Sunday:  7:30 & 10 AM services

April 12:  7 PM Tenebrae service (Holy Wednesday)

April 13, Maudy Thursday:  service @ Noon;  Service w/ footwashing &
stripping of the altar @ 7 PM.  All night vigil begins @ 8 PM.

April 14, Good Friday:  7 AM Liturgy w/ communion from the reserved
sacrament; Noon & 7 PM, GF Liturgy

April 15, 8 PM:  Easter Vigil

April 16, Easter:  7:30 & 10 AM services

And upcoming for Episcopal Campus Ministries:

April 22, 8 PM:   Bowling!  Details to follow; save the date.

April 30, 5:30 PM:          Our monthly dinner will be hosted by Dr & Dr
Woody at their home.  We’ll carpool from St Paul’s

May 6, Noon – 6ish:       “Retreat” to John Roberts’ cabin in the mountains.
Hang out, cook out, veg out.

May 7 – 11, 7 – 11 PM:   Exam Week Open House @ St Paul’s.  A QUIET place to
study, w/ snacks & bevs.

            Our Thursday “God & Coffee” days in the library lobby are to be
set.  9:45-10:45 AM

I haven’t heard yet from any soccer fans --  I got an email from the
Colorado Rapids last week – they’ve got ½ price tix for college groups.
Maybe we can put together a field trip?  PLMK

Attached are the files for the "save the date" card for CELEBRATE! at

of Faith, Deltas of Change .  (please drop me a line if you want these, they
sometimes don’t go through the listserv – Rob+)   This ecumenical national
gathering of Christian students will occur December 28th, 2006to January
1st, 2007 in New Orleans.  More information will be available in May on

The cost is $330.  If you have questions about registration, please let me
