Two Taizé-Based Programs for Young Adults in the Summer of 2006  

*	Pilgrimage 2006 -- (June 22-July 2, 2006) - Experience a ten-day
spiritual journey with youth and young adults from around the world --
Participate in the daily life of Taizé, an ecumenical, international
community in the beautiful Burgundy region of France -- Gain insights from
the inspiring prayer, times of reflection and the moving Taizé chants led by
the Brothers of Taizé -- Cost:$1, 860 -- includes roundtrip airfare from New
York/JFK, ground transportation in France to and from Taizé, meals and
lodging for a week in Taizé, PLUS two days/night of the sights and sounds of
Paris (lodging and breakfast included), AND a tour of the medieval
village/abbey of Cluny. Deposit of $500 due by December 15, 2005. To

*	Seedlings 2006 -- (June 22 - July 9, 2006) --   Is an intensive
field education program for persons 18-35 years of age to develop Christian
ministries among youth and young adults. Youth Ministry leaders, music and
worship leaders, or others involved in ministry among youth and young adults
will find Seedlings significantly rewarding, professionally and personally.
The first week is spent as a participant in Pilgrimage (see above).
Remaining in Taizé an additional week, students work under supervision in at
most, two of three areas of ministry concentration (Youth Ministry, Young
Adult Ministry, and Music and Worship Ministry), write a reflection paper
related to the area(so) of concentration, and upon return to the USA produce
a project in the area(s) of concentration. Cost: $2,800 -- includes tuition,
roundtrip airfare from New York/JFK, ground transportation in France to and
from Taizé, meals and lodging for two weeks in Taizé, PLUS two days/night of
the sights and sounds of Paris (lodging and breakfast included), AND a tour
of the medieval village/abbey of Cluny. Registration for this session of
Seedlings  is limited to 3-5 students. Acceptance made on a first-come
basis. Deposit of $500 due by December 15, 2005. To register or for more
